Associate Testing Technician Jobs in Warren, MI at Element Materials Technology

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Hires and trains quality assurance department personnel

Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Trains all personnel in accordance with various ISO standards

Collects and evaluates customer, supplier complaints and non-conformities.

Coordinates corrective and preventive actions for each issue.

Communicate with staff and applicable personnel regarding root cause, CAPA.

Oversees all elements of the BMS (Business Management Systems)

Facilitates communication among departments and management.

Review & document policies and procedures to improve the workflow process and the quality of goods produced.

Review and maintain logs, records, and other documentation of testing procedures, methodologies, and criteria.

Maintains records of test results, defects identified, and other key metrics related to quality control.

Analyzes quality control test results and offers feedback and interpretations of those results to production management or staff.

Document and maintain all aspects of ISO/IEC 17025, IATF 16949, ISO 9001-45001-14001-27001.

Coordinate and manage all internal, external, and remote audits

Ceases production when serious product defects or risks arise.

Aides any elevated EHS concerns, regulatory compliance issues
