Vision Garments Ltd is looking for Asst. Manager – GPQ (C&A)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Lead GPQ operations related to C&A buyer requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with buyer standards, technical manuals, and quality protocols.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance assessments regularly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare audit reports, analysis, and management presentations.
- Follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plan) implementation.
- Maintain required certifications, documentation, and records.
- Ensure buyer/customer compliance requirements are met.
- Train relevant teams on quality, compliance, and audit matters.
- Support management in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- MBA/Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.
- Skills Required: Inspection, Quality Assurance, GPQ, Corrective Action Plan, Quality Control
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with report writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
- Tk. 50000 – 55000 (Monthly)
