Job Description
- Develop strategic plan for new product launch and the marketing plan for the assigned products.
- Manage the implementation of assigned elements of marketing plan.
- Develop & implement new product launch plan and make them brand leader
- Ensure key message development and communication for product positioning and profiling for each product.
- To coordinate the allocation of promotional materials as well as other resources to the region (FFs) according to the sales development (trend), market potentiality and demand.
- Translate the product related scientific findings into market messages in order to communicate to the physicians through FFs.
- To work closely with the sales team to ensure open communication and to work in the field for joint call with the field force to understand the market, competition and customers need as well as their attitude.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the pharmaceutical market.
- Coordinate with other department e.g. Production, Quality Assurance, Product development, Regulatory Affairs, MSD, PPIC, Commercial, Finance and Accounts, Audit to ensure best intra-communication for the achieving company goals and objectives.
- Conduct any special project assigned by the supervisor for the better interest of the company,
- To set yearly budget objectives and forecast of a product for marketing.
