Verify and approve formwork designs and layouts before execution.
Supervise the installation, dismantling, and maintenance of formwork systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect formwork installations for compliance with quality standards and structural integrity.
Ensure all formwork aligns with project specifications and applicable codes.
Address any defects or inconsistencies in the formwork structure promptly.
Team Management and Training:
Lead and supervise the formwork team, including subcontractors and skilled labor.
Train the team on formwork safety practices, quality standards, and efficient methods.
Material and Equipment Management:
Monitor formwork material inventory and ensure the timely procurement of materials and equipment.
Optimize material usage to minimize wastage and reduce costs.
Maintain a record of formwork assets and track their condition for reuse.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate safety measures during formwork activities.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure the team adheres to established safety protocols.
