About the Role
We’re looking for someone who notices everything—the crooked label, the smudge on the floor, the hairnet slightly out of place. If your eyes are always scanning for what’s off, and your hands are ready to jump in and make it right, you’re our kind of person.
As our Quality & Sanitation Fanatic, you’ll be the bridge between cleaning and compliance. You’ll help keep our production space safe, shiny, and audit-ready while supporting the team in food safety, label checks, and day-to-day documentation. You don’t need to be a QA expert—but you do need to care a whole lot about doing things the right way, every time.
This is not an entry-level role. It’s for someone who has prior food production or sanitation experience and wants to take the next step into food safety, operations, or compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Make It Shine
Sanitize cook tanks, utensils, walls, floors—if it’s in the building, it gets cleaned
Follow SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) like a checklist-loving boss
Prep for inspections with detailed cleaning, documentation, and teamwork
2. Keep It Safe
Support our QA team with label reviews, pre-op checks, and allergen control
Conduct swabs (ATP or environmental) to verify cleanliness
Review and complete cleaning logs, QA forms, and shift records without cutting corners
3. Be the Eyes
Spot issues before they become problems—cross-contamination, sloppy processes, bad habits
Flag anything that needs a fix and help the team make it better
Join forces with production leads to keep flow smooth, safe, and efficient
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in food manufacturing, sanitation, or QA (required)
✅ Understanding of GMPs, basic food safety, and/or HACCP (we’ll train you up)
✅ Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand all day, climb ladders, and handle wet/hot environments
✅ A mindset that sees cleaning and quality not as chores—but as the foundation of great food
✅ Detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to learn new skills every week

Schedule
Full-time | Day shift (10-hour)
Monday–Friday (with occasional Saturdays as needed)
In person at our San Antonio facility
