We are looking for an Audit Quality Manager to join our Audit Quality Department based at our London office on a Hybrid working schedule. We are open to candidates being based in different locations in the UK. Youll make an impact by:
Collaborating across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality. Conducting in-flight audit reviews to identify issues and coach audit teams in addressing these issues. Working closely with the director to ensure audit quality is consistently maintained and enhanced. Sharing key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality.

Be ACA, ACCA, CA or CAI qualified Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in audit Proven technical auditing and accounting skills A track record of delivering quality and experience in the audit industry Outstanding
