We are currently seeking for a MANUFACTURE QUALITY MANAGER for our Headquarter in City of Industry, California.

Knowledge

Strong knowledge in every aspect of manufacturing operation, including industrial computers, electromechanical, and electronic components
Strong knowledge in Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA)
Strong knowledge in Analysis of Data, Critical Thinking and Decision Makings
Strong management leadership skills
Advanced knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 Standards Quality Management Systems
Advanced knowledge on material substances compliance including RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Mineral
Advanced knowledge on safety certification compliance including UL, CCC, TUV, CE, FCC, etc.

Leadership Ability

Availability to provide and meet company goals and objectives
Ability to establish inspection plans and product criteria to meet Mfg. Standard requirement
Provide leadership to solve quality issues, and drive for company’s continuous quality improvement program.

Communication Skills

Ability to write professional technical documents. Ability to represent company quality management system

Computer Skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Power Point, PDF, Words, and conference SW.

Problem Solving Skills

Able to deal with customers’ complaints and provide RCA Corrective Action
Able to deal with the suppliers to solve material quality issues and initiate corrective actions

Core Functions and Accountability

Summary Design, plans, coordinates, and directs quality, Mfg. Operation designed to achieve organizational operation excellence and ensure strategic quality goals met by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors

Annual management reviews with senior management
Routinely audits internal, Quality Management Programs
Serve as Quality Management Rep. to represent Premio external or third-party auditors
Identify quality management systems improvement to managements
Review processes improvements on a regular basis.
Work with other managers to establish quality goals for new and existing products
Analyze cost of quality and the opportunities for cost reduction
Develop and deliver training programs that teach the appropriate use of quality tools
Develop or improve Mfg. quality plan including inspection plan and its criteria
Participate in engineering product review to ensure that quality requirements meet requirements
Investigates, analyzes, records customer complaints for RCA and continues improvements
Design and direct supplier quality programs

Education and/or Experiences

Master’s degree (M. A.) or equivalent and five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment

Employee will be exposed to hot/cold weather conditions/open environment with moderate dust and noise level

Supervisory Responsibilities, Skill

Manage the organization’s Quality department that includes regular and temporary employees.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
