Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA Engineer to join our team in Krakow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based automation, REST API testing, SQL, and Unix. You will play a critical role in implementing test automation frameworks, identifying automation candidates, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure quality across deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Java and REST API technologies
Execute complex SQL queries for data validation and testing RDBMS-based systems
Work in Unix/Linux environments for test execution and system validations
Identify and prioritize automation candidates within the existing test suite
Coordinate with stakeholders across development, QA, and business teams to ensure test coverage and timely delivery
Contribute to the overall QA strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality standards
Must-Have Skills:
12–15 years of experience in QA/automation testing
Strong hands-on skills in Java, REST API automation, SQL, and Unix/Linux
Experience in framework implementation and scalable test solutions
Proven ability in stakeholder coordination and communication
Ability to work from the Krakow office at least 3 days per week
Good to Have:
Experience with Selenium for UI automation
Familiarity with RDBMS solutions beyond SQL querying
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integrations
