We are looking for a QA Specialist (Marketing) who will review all creative materials (marketing collateral, web and app content, videos) for brand consistency, accuracy, accessibility standards and regulatory compliance.
Essential Functions:
Coordinate review cycles between creative teams, compliance departments and business stakeholders.
Test digital creative assets across multiple devices and platforms to ensure proper functionality.
Monitor published content for continued accuracy, especially when financial offerings or regulations change.
Collaborate with other team members to align content with overall marketing strategies.
Educate team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Ensure all content is free from errors, consistent in tone, and adheres to brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain QA checklists and documentation for different content types.
Track compliance updates and regulatory changes that affect marketing content.
Implement automated QA tools and processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field is preferred along with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on quality assurance, marketing, or a related role.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in design, text and brand elements
Strong writing and editing abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of UX writing best practices
Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation and proofreading techniques
Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements for marketing materials
Experience with creative review and approval workflows and documentation processes
Knowledge of different digital platforms and how creative assets function across them
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) for digital content
Experience with version control and change tracking systems
Ability to manage multiple review projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Salary Range: $57,000-$84,000 (depending on experience and other job related factors)
This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
