Job Title:
Automation & Manual QA Tester
Contract Duration:
12 Months
We are seeking a QA Tester with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our Agile team. This role is responsible for end-to-end testing of a smaller application, acting as the sole QA resource to ensure quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts based on Jira stories.
Perform end-to-end testing, regression testing, and database testing.
Utilize JIRA to track testing progress within an Agile environment.
Work in a fast-paced setting with 2-week sprints and releases every 6 weeks.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage using ALM/Quality Center or Octane (preferred).
Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and verification.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong background in manual QA testing with experience in QA tools.
Proficiency in ALM (Application Life Cycle Management)/Quality Center.
Familiarity with Octane (preferred).
Experience withJIRA for test case management and tracking.
Ability to write and execute test scripts and perform extensive regression testing.
Database testing experience, including writing and executing SQL queries.
