This is for a large, highly visible project for a new CVS manager in a new group for Randstad. Need top notch candidates that match the skill set.

They are doing mostly manual now, but they are moving to more automation so they need a solid Automation QA.

Must be willing to do both manual and automation testing. 5 years experience

Experience with Test planning including Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Strategy and Test Summary reports) leveraging user stories, business requirements, UX design specifications

Candidates Must Have Experience With Hammer On Demand

The Aetna IT Delivery organization, within CVS Health’s Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to create and execute manual and automation test scripts to drive the overall quality and user experience for a Conversational AI platform that is helping our members to get answers to their health insurance questions through the channel of their choice. This role is responsible for identifying the QA test scenarios, partnering with product and technology partners to deliver a superior user experience with a focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to create, execute and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to avoid leaked defects.

Ensure test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points.

Accountable for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility; handle multiple initiatives of varied complexity simultaneously; provide feedback on and suggestions for improving QA Procedures to IT Leads

Review and provide feedback on requirements, technical design, and specifications through User Story / Backlog Refinment sessions

Responsible for Test planning including Test Plans, Test Data Requirements, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Strategy and Test Summary reports) leveraging user stories, business requirements, UX design specifications

Conduct Manual and automated testing

Strong understanding of Defect Workflow, Agile methodology

Identify and document all defects and customer experience concerns

Manage the test artifacts and approval process

Required Qualifications

5+ years in the software industry with Quality Assurance experience including

creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects, reporting status to various levels in the organization

Experience testing Natural language speech recognition, conversational AI and cognitive solutions

Experience With Automated Test Tools Including Hammer On Demand

Experience with Text to Speech, Speech to Text

Experience with leveraging Postman for API testing

Experience working in SAFe / Agile

Understanding of Rally for project and test management

Experience Writing And Executing IVR Test Cases

Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the Healthcare industry
