One of our clients in the Charlotte area are looking to add a dedicated Automation Quality Assurance Analyst to their team. The Automation Quality Assurance Analyst will be a team player and have a passion for reviewing requirements and identifying defects and creating solutions for business needs. The Automation Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure all testing results are effective and accessible.
The Automation Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure that the team is following testing standards. As the Automation Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team, working together to ensure the highest standards in software quality. The Automation Quality Assurance Analyst will have extensive knowledge of engineering and testing procedures to meet business goals and objectives.

Rate: $50 – $60 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute automated test cases using Tosca.
· Manage test activities, including test case development, automation, and execution.
· Collaborate with application development teams and the Quality Center of Excellence (QCOE).
· Ensure compliance with best practices and standard processes for test management.
· Perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
· Report bugs in Jira and link test cases to requirements/user stories.
· Coordinate with vendors and manage administrative tasks related to billing and vendor setup
Experience Requirements
· 3+ years of experience with testing tools like Selenium, Coded UI Test (CUIT), Unified Functional Test (UFT).
· Develop and execute automated test cases using Tosca.
· 5+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe/DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies.
· Proficiency in SQL, CI/CD integration, Git, and Agile in Android and iOS applications.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to work with remote/global teams.
· Self-starter with limited oversight.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Vision AI and creating custom modules.
· Mobile testing
· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Jira.
· Exposure to Java, C#, Selenium, Appium, Webservices/API.
· Experience with Jira for integration requirements of qTest/Tosca.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
