Role Description This is a full-time, remote Automation Specialist role based in Dhaka. The Automation Specialist will design, implement, and maintain process automation workflows to support marketing operations, campaign execution, and internal business processes. Responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, configuring and testing automation tools, and documenting processes and test cases. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot automation issues, ensure data accuracy, and optimize system performance. The Automation Specialist will also collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality assurance practices, monitor automation outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, including designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting automation-related issues and diagnosing root causes in complex systems.
  • Ability to design and execute Test Cases and contribute to Quality Assurance processes for automated solutions.
  • Familiarity with marketing or business automation tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, workflow engines) is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of data flows, integrations, and basic database concepts (APIs, webhooks, data mapping).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing, technology, or agency environment is an advantage.
