Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (tools like Selenium WebDriver)
Execute functional, UI, integration, and regression tests for web applications.
Engage fully in the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) from requirements analysis to test closure.
Experience in documenting test artifacts in confluence and Jira
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) within Scrum/Kanban teams.
Manage and track testing activities, user stories, and defects using Jira.
Validate backend data by writing and executing SQL queries against Snowflake or similar databases.
Perform basic performance testing and contribute to test optimization.
Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Pytest (good to have).
Continuously explore and adapt to new automation frameworks and testing tools.
Exposure or willingness to learn AWS, CI/CD pipelines, performance testing tools, and cloud testing best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, focus on quality assurance, and commitment to continuous improvement.
