About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer. This role will handle both manual and automated testing.
What you’ll do:
Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies across various environments.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure issues are clearly understood, documented, and addressed.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate application stability, security, and usability across all supported platforms.
Utilize automated testing tools (when applicable) to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide clear and concise reports on testing outcomes and propose actionable improvements to enhance overall product quality.
What you have:
7+ years proven experience in QA testing for mobile, web, and/or desktop applications, ideally with chat or payment functionalities.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or Playwright).
Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages.
Nice to have:
Understanding of security and compliance requirements specific to payment systems.
A background in finance or communication apps is a plus.
