Automotive Quality Control Inspector Jobs in Corona, CA at Sunset Vans Inc
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector Lead to oversee our vehicle quality assurance process here at Sunset Vans. This role is responsible for leading the Quality team, ensuring all completed vehicles meet company standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations prior to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the Quality Control team to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on all completed vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including interior and exterior checks
- Upload required vehicle information and photos into internal systems
- Perform vehicle washing and interior cleaning as needed to meet delivery standards
- Maintain full accountability for final sign-off on completed vehicles
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout operations
- Maintain shop cleanliness and ensure work areas are safe and organized
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Previous experience leading a team or ability to effectively supervise and direct others
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE as required
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
