Position: Automotive Quality Engineer Role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will implement and maintain IATF
16949-compliant systems, playing a vital role in continuous improvement. This position interacts heavily with customer feedback to strengthen relationships and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly using corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve customer quality complaints
• Oversee gauge design and measurement challenges
• Review GR&R, CP, and FMEA annually
• Submit complete PPAP documentation
• Document and analyze customer return issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• At least 2 years of quality assurance experience
• ASQ CQE certification or similar required
• Six Sigma Green Belt for process improvement expertise
• Proficient in IATF-16949 quality systems
