Automated Test Suite Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive automated test suite for the Portfolio Management Platform, ensuring coverage of all critical data and UI components. · Test Case Development: Translate business requirements into detailed test cases and automate these test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage. · Defect Analysis: Analyze defects, determine root causes, and document findings for developers to address. · Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve the quality of the system throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure there are no gaps in the coverage of automated test cases, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. · Collaboration: Work closely with development, data, UI, and business analysis teams to ensure seamless integration and communication. This role requires onsite presence in the Boston office. · Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test results, and defect reports. · Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in testing processes and quality standards. · Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical skills in software testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance methodologies. · Offshore Coordination: Communicate closely with offshore QA resources to direct their work and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. · Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
