Description:
Quality manager acts as management representative for ISO standards and oversees the implementation of these standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality management representative for ISO/FDA/CGMP
Provide quality management decisions regarding company standards and customer quality and guides manufacturing in these decisions
Provide quality management decisions regarding customer requirements (voice of the customer)
Advise direction of department to meet company or department goals & objectives
Manage the quality assurance department staff; including quality engineers, inspectors and technicians that provide QA support to the company.
Enforce & maintain the ISO procedures
Prioritize department work loads

Requirements:
Education
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Experience
5-10 years in manufacturing, plastic injection molding preferred
Skills
Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
