We're looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals to help us refine the platform before its public launch.
Position
Beta Tester (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Test new features across the mind's AI platform.
- Explore the application from a real user's perspective and identify bugs, glitches, or usability issues.
- Evaluate the quality, accuracy, and user experience of AI conversations.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback on features, interface, and overall experience.
- Suggest improvements to enhance usability and engagement.
- Report technical issues with screenshots, screen recordings, and clear reproduction steps.
- Participate in scheduled feedback discussions and testing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased features and product updates.
Who Can Apply?
- Psychology students and professionals.
- Students or professionals in computer science, AI, UX/UI, or related fields.
- Anyone passionate about mental health and technology.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Comfortable using mobile apps and web applications.
- Prior beta testing or QA experience is a plus, but not required.
