Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
 Must be self-motivated, work independently, and able to work for extended periods.
 Understand and follow all equipment safety protocols.
 Maintain a positive attitude and respect for coworkers.
 Adhere to company Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and attendance policies.
 Perform a visual inspection of all collected QC samples.
 Verify and record equipment conditions before use.
 Set up and perform required tests on all finished products to verify their conformity to quality
standards.
 Daily cleaning of all equipment and work surfaces within the lab.
 Ability to follow troubleshooting guidance for technology and equipment.
 Proficiency with calipers and small hand tools such as screwdrivers and Allen wrenches.
 Cross-functional ability to work in any position in the lab.
 Report any violations of company policies or lab etiquette to management.

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
 High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
 Ability to see small objects and part details.
 Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
 Ability to stand for long periods of time.
 Ability to use step stools/ladders.
 Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for data entry, including Excel, Word,
and Access.
 A measured competency to the expectations of the level described above.
