Bilingual Quality Supervisor
Schedule: 8-hour shift, with some overtime
Work Location: In person in Marysville, CA
Position Summary
We areseeking a Bilingual Quality Supervisor to help ensure that every order is packed correctly and meets our quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Inspect fruit quality and condition for customer orders.
- Verify that the correct fruit, grade, size, variety, and pack style are being used for each order.
- Communicate packing instructions and quality expectations to employees.
- Monitor packing operations and identify or correct quality and packing issues.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow customer specifications.
- Comfortable supervising and communicating with production employees.
- Experience in produce, food, agriculture, or quality control is preferred.
- Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced packhouse environment.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
