Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance/Site Manager/Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our pronexts meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting quality audits, communicating with on-site Trade crews such as Roofing, Siding, Windows, Paint, etc.., purchasing and returning materials to and from the job-site, as well as documentation via photo’s.
The right candidate will posses general construction knowledge, a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working with their hands, walking a roof, and using ladders.
Willing to train the right person. Clean driving record required due to company vehicle use.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and systems.
Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to assess product specifications.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Document and report findings from quality inspections and audits.
Assist in the fabrication of products while adhering to HACCP guidelines.
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality management systems.
Experience
Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field, preferably within a regulated industry.
Familiarity with CGMP, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and HACCP principles is highly desirable.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers for product evaluation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
