Job Description
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of i2c’s products, providing strategic consultation to help clients maximize the value of our solutions.
Lead and deliver comprehensive product training and ongoing support to clients, technical partners, and internal teams.
Act as the primary technical liaison for clients throughout implementation, using your expertise to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.
Ability to think critically to create comprehensive test cases
Hands on expertise of Gray box testing
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
Identify, report, and track defects/issues throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met.
Perform manual and automated testing of software applications and systems.
We Are Looking For
Education: BS/MS CS, IT, SE, CE, EE(Major in CS)
Experience: 1-2 years
Skills
Strong SQL skills and experience with Database Management Systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong experience in executing manual test cases and identifying issues.
Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT etc.).
Ability to write clear and concise test cases, test plans, and reports
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
