As a Quality Control Engineer at Hennessey Performance, you will be integral to our mission of delivering top-tier automotive enhancements. This role focuses on ensuring quality control and assurance processes are implemented effectively, contributing to the overall success of our engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Analyze control systems for performance optimization and reliability.
Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Implement quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
Oversee quality assurance protocols to maintain product integrity.
Perform quality inspections on components and systems before final assembly.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine quality management systems.
Document findings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assist in the fabrication process by providing technical guidance on quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in quality assurance/control within an engineering environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and best practices.
Experience conducting quality audits and inspections is preferred.
Ability to fabricate components or systems is a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
