Job Responsibilities
Working with Product Portfolio Leads
Working through and identifying the scope for product lifecycle initiatives under AUD200k.
Providing overall governance for the lifecycle initiatives (internal & external) to ensure complexities are simplified, and costs are contained with quality maintained.
Scheduling and coordinating lifecycle initiatives
Coordinate testing in a time efficient and cost efficient manner
Facilitating User Acceptance Testing/Process Testing to ensure that all supporting processes (including but not limited to pre-sales, buy, connect, assurance, bill) can be delivered within the organization
Responsible for issues and risks and timely escalation of critical roadblocks using collaboration tools.
Provide regular status and progress reports, and ad-hoc management reporting
Provide support to the product leadership team with the raising and administration of Purchase Order requests
Job Requirements
Degree in a Technical or Business discipline
Experience in office administration and executive support
Proven track record in successfully supporting a large team of program managers
Demonstrable strong commercial acumen and professionalism
Proven track record in improving program delivery performance of a delivery organization, including project management competency development
Proven track record in communicating with executive levels
Demonstrable analytical planning and forward thinking with the ability to conceptualize and create alternatives
Demonstrable ability to operate effectively in a variety of different environments and respond appropriately to unexpected circumstances and deal with ambiguity in an appropriate and decisive manner
excellent administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the program lifecycle, project documentation, project standards, tools and methodologies
Project Management, SAFe certification will be an advantage.
