Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor at Bizrahmed in Dubai. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including supervising call center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills, managing teams, and maintaining effective communication within the call center department.

Previous experience in healthcare or cosmetic surgery industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
