Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor located in Kuwait. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage and lead a team, and perform analytical assessments to improve processes. Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication channels within the team and with other departments.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills and Team Management experience

Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills

Analytical Skills to improve processes and performance

Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate a team

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
