Salary: Up to $150,000 + performance-based bonuses
Location: Montreal / Hybrid
The Role:
Lead FIX protocol testing initiatives for trading systems
Design and execute comprehensive test cases for FIX message flows
Collaborate with traders and developers to resolve FIX-related issues
Monitor and analyze FIX message traffic
Document testing procedures and maintain test documentation
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of Python
Understanding of Unix/Linux
Understanding of financial markets and trading workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with electronic trading systems
FIX Protocol
Knowledge of market data protocols
Experience with test automation
Financial industry certifications
