Position: Care and Preservation Specialist Role
Location: Lévis
Join the Polar Max project as a Care and Preservation Warranty Specialist, ensuring products are preserved during storage and transport. This role integrates quality control and customer service expertise.
In this position, you will manage warranty claims and develop standard procedures based on OEM recommendations to minimize product damage. You’ll inspect items pre-delivery, collaborate with various teams, and serve as a technical expert on corrosion and environmental damage issues. Regular travel to Helsinki Shipyard is a part of your responsibilities from 2026 to late 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop checklists for ensuring product preservation
• Inspect items at key stages for quality assurance
• Investigate warranty claims and suggest preventive measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliance
• Provide guidance on environmental preservation concerns
Requirements:
• Certification as a Third-class Marine Engineer
• At least three years of warranty or quality engineering
• Experience with automotive or manufacturing systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and bilingual in French and English
