We are looking for a purpose-driven leader to head our Jashore Center — someone who embodies discipline, empathy, and operational rigor. This is a high-ownership role, responsible for maintaining Sheba’s gold standard in both service and systems.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience Leadership: Drive world-class service delivery and continuously improve customer satisfaction — with a sharp focus on Net Promoter Score (NPS) and every moment of the customer journey.
Quality Assurance & VOC: Lead the Voice of Customer (VOC) and Quality Assurance Team (QAT) to ensure that every customer interaction reflects Sheba’s values and service excellence.
Operational Command: Ensure day-to-day operations at the Jashore Center run with discipline, speed, and integrity. You will be the SOP owner and governance lead for this center.
Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial health of the center — ensuring responsible budget management and resource allocation.
Be the Face of Sheba in Jashore: You will represent the culture, commitment, and credibility of Sheba to all internal and external stakeholders in the region.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in facilities management or operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
Basic proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication within the organization.
Salary
BDT 35,000 – BDT 70,000 (Negotiable)
