The person in this position will be responsible for all aspects of leading the UAT Automation Test effort for four or more major releases per year.
· Understand and effectively communicate strategic priorities and goals of an effective Automation Test Strategy.
· Build positive relationships with vendor partners, UAT Release Leads, and UAT teams to effectively identify and automate test scripts.
· Collaborate with Stakeholder Agency UAT Test Leads, client leadership, and vendors to coordinate test strategy and priorities for the Ohio Benefits Program.
· Plan release resource capacity and schedules with the UAT Release Lead to load test data.
· Plan and schedule automated script execution for each release in collaboration with the UAT Release Lead.
· Define, monitor, and report resource and release metrics to track productivity and compliance with release schedules. Monitor Quality Gate checklists (Design, System Test, Deployment).
· Prepare and submit daily and weekly status reports of automated test scripting and execution as required.
· Coordinate with the client UAT Release Lead to identify and automate new test scripts/scenarios.
· Support UAT Release Lead in ensuring Test Environment Readiness.
· Oversee access provisioning to ensure successful test preparation.
· Lead the Automation Test Team: conduct meetings, triage defects, coordinate retesting, and manage workload.
· Coordinate automated testing across all OB systems (Eligibility & Enrollment, Call Center, Document Management, Bots).
Serve as backup for the Release Test Lead as needed

Pay: $51.00 – $55.00 per hour
