Certification and Labeling Specialist will help our team with registration and labeling of beauty products and perfumes according to the legislation of MENA countries.
For this role we consider Saudi candidates only.
Responsibilities:
Preparation (collection and analysis of materials on products) and obtaining permits for the import of goods into the territory of the Middle East (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia) and subsequent sale (certificates of conformity, laboratory tests and permits)
Interaction with foreign suppliers on issues of conformity assessment of perfumery and cosmetic products, packaging, light industry products
Organization of import of product samples: determination of the required number of product samples, support for obtaining product samples (interaction with courier services, logistics operators, customs brokers), analysis of the samples received
Collecting information for labeling products in accordance with the current legislation of the Middle East countries
Interaction, in terms of its competence, with logistics operators and customs brokers for the import of products
Accounting and tracking of the validity period of the received permits
Monitoring of the legislation of the Middle East countries in the field of certification, including perfumery and cosmetic products
Accomplishment of other tasks assigned by the head, within the framework of the performance of functional duties
Requirements:
Knowledge of GSO standards and their application in the Middle East
Experience in preparing and obtaining permits for the import and sale of goods in the Middle East
Experience of interaction with state bodies on product certification issues
Ability to work with a large amount of information.
Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
