Position: Chief Inspector for Oil and Gas
Become a Chief Inspector with Vision Integrity Engineering Ltd., a full-time opportunity based out of Calgary, AB. This critical role requires API 510 certification and extensive inspection experience in the oil and gas sector.
With at least 10 years of experience, you will manage inspection activities for upstream oil and gas clients. Responsibilities include overseeing equipment integrity compliance, the inspection of repair activities, and the development of corrosion monitoring plans. Your expertise will directly impact safety and regulatory adherence across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and oversee provincial inspection activities
• Ensure compliance with Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System
• Liaise with ABSA on client’s behalf
• Coordinate field inspections and NDE crews
• Conduct audits of vendors and contractors
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years as a Chief Inspector
• Valid ISI-BPVPP and API 510 certifications
• Proficient in inspection plan development
• Strong knowledge of ABSA and AER regulations
• Excellent English communication skills
