We are seeking an experienced quality leader to provide strategic oversight of the organization’s Quality function. This executive will be responsible for leading the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of quality across the organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading quality programs within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for all quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality and Regulatory teams while building a high-performing organization.
- Own the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its effectiveness, ongoing compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain GxP-compliant quality systems, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure products consistently meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Maintain inspection readiness and lead interactions with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization.
