Job Summary

The Impact Cx Data Center QAQC Manger role will be responsible for overseeing and managing the
quality assurance processes and procedures for our data center commissioning projects. You will
ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, and you will work
closely with various departments to implement and maintain quality management systems.

This is a full-time, salaried position that reports to the Data Center Cx Operations Manager. The

Your primary responsibilities will entail close collaboration with the Data Center Cx Operations
Manager and various Client Manger Directors, as well as other members of the Impact Cx
Leadership Team to ensure our services and deliverable are of the highest quality and exceed our
clients’ expectations.

General Duties

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Travel to various project sites to conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure
compliance with Impact Cx Standards, industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers and commissioning providers to identify and resolve
quality issues.
Collaborate with Dir. Of Client Relations to forecast and anticipate Resource needs and
development plan.
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Ensure that all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the data center or
construction industry.

Travel: 50% – 75%
