We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer/

Quality Assurance

Specialist to oversee and maintain the highest quality standards for all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement quality management plans for construction projects. Conduct quality audits and inspections at project sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Monitor construction processes to ensure materials, workmanship, and practices adhere to quality standards. Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and checklists. Generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.

Maintain records of materials testing, inspection outcomes, and

quality control

measures. Ensure construction activities comply with local regulatory requirements, safety codes, and ISO standards. Collaborate with project teams to meet client quality expectations and contractual obligations. Analyze construction workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance quality outcomes. Provide training to site personnel on

quality assurance

procedures and best practices. Implement preventive measures to mitigate quality issues and risks.

Liaise with project managers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to address quality-related concerns. Attend project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters. Coordinate with third-party laboratories for material and product testing.  

Minimum Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in

quality assurance

/

quality control

in the construction industry. ISO 9001 certification, QA/QC certification, or equivalent is a plus. Proficiency in QA/QC tools, software, and methodologies. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards. Familiarity with testing protocols and equipment. Strong

attention to detail

and

analytical skills

.
