Are you a hands-on, driven leader ready to steer retaining wall and civil works projects to success? 1st Class Earthworx is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our fast-growing team. We’re not just building walls — we’re building a reputation for excellence across QLD.
️ About the Role:
You’ll be overseeing on-site crews and subcontractors across subdivision-based retaining wall builds and civil scopes. This is a key leadership role ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery — from site prep to final trim.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading daily operations on civil and retaining wall projects
Coordinating plant, people, and materials for optimal efficiency
Ensuring high-quality execution against design specs and timeframes
Managing safety, compliance, and reporting on-site
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and our operations team
Mentoring and directing operators, labourers, and subbies
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven site-based supervisory experience (retaining walls or civil)
Solid knowledge of SHMS and QLD compliance standards
Ability to read plans and communicate with engineers
Excellent leadership and communication skills
White Card essential
Excavator/plant tickets desirable
Cert IV in Civil Supervision or similar (preferred)
