Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Claims Analyst (Late Shifts) for our newly established office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The person will be responsible for all aspects of identifying and updating claim file information. This position interacts with other functional areas.

A successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to comprehend the insurance industry’s functioning and related terminologies.

Key Accountabilities:

Availability to work on night shifts (15h-00h / 16h-1h) – 5 days per week.

Responsible for identifying missing data in the claim files and updating the file daily with accurate information to ensure data capture is 100%.

Data Entry and Validation: Accurately input, update, and validate data into designated systems.

Quality Assurance: Perform thorough reviews of data to maintain high levels of accuracy and completeness. Implement Quality control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including Adjusters and Administrative staff, to address any data-related queries and discrepancies.

Confidentiality and Compliance: Adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information. Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding data protection and privacy.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and summaries based on data analysis, providing insights to support decision-making processes. Identify trends or patterns in data and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications:

Basic Excel skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing financial information.

Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills

Analytical ability and ability to multi-task and refer to prior examples of documentation provided.

Ability to plan and prioritize.

Exceptional attention to detail

Organized and able to prioritize; Ability to work with minimal supervision once trained.

Experience in Insurance is a plus.

Knowledge and understanding of Insurance Industry terminologies and processes preferred.

Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and Teams

Strong verbal, grammar, and written communication skills
