Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

As our Compliance & QA Specialist, you’ll partner closely with leadership to ensure our internal systems meet and exceed regulatory expectations:

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Prep

Ensure readiness for audits under DE Admin Codes 3345.

Track due dates, organize credentialing files, and support audit walkthroughs.

Internal QA & File Monitoring

Conduct internal audits on caregiver credentials, incident logs, and documentation compliance.

Flag issues and suggest process improvements to protect clients and the agency.

Incident Follow-Up & Corrective Actions

Support internal reviews of reportable events and complaints.

Help implement Plans of Correction and verify follow-up steps.

Document Management & Process Integrity

Maintain compliance logs, inspection binders, and digitized files in line with retention policies.

Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development to keep training records aligned with regulatory needs.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in an administrative, healthcare, or compliance support role

Strong file organization, follow-through, and documentation skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital file systems

A heart for people and a mind for precision

Experience in home care or regulatory environments like DHSS a plus, but not required

Education & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must pass background check, fingerprinting, TB test, and drug screening

You’ll report to the Director of HR, Compliance & QA and collaborate with the COO, Agency Directors, and our Learning & Development Specialist to uphold a culture of compliance and care.
