Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional passionate about food safety and product excellence? 3 Little Pigs is a dynamic and fast-growing food manufacturing company looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our team. In this critical role, you will manage the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Department, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with USDA and FDA regulations. Key Responsibilities
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will:
Lead and Manage: Guide and manage the QA team to achieve company quality goals and ensure accountability.
Quality Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, ensuring products meet regulatory and company standards.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety standards and manage risk related to product quality.
Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvements by identifying opportunities and leading corrective action processes.
Training & Development: Train QA staff and production employees on quality standards and ensure industry best practices are followed.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate QA documentation and provide regular quality reports to senior management.

Effective implementation of QA policies and consistently high-quality products.
Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including high audit scores.
Continuous improvement in QA processes and reduced defects.
A well-trained, competent QA team.
Accurate, timely documentation and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in QA within the food manufacturing industry, with 3+ years in a management role.
Technical Skills: Expertise in HACCP, SQF, and other food safety systems, and proficiency in QA methodologies and Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and in a team, and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
Regular movement around the plant for inspections and interaction with employees.
Ability to lift quality control equipment and samples up to 20 lbs.
Job Details
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required based on the needs of the business.
Annual Salary: Up to $110,000 (salary offered is based on skills and experience) and Monthly Bonus Program Eligibility.
