ScaleClinics is a fast-growing US patient-acquisition agency for in-person and telehealth clinics that offer GLP-1's, HRT, and/or Peptides. We run the advertising and booking systems that fill our clients' calendars with paying patients. We're scaling quickly, and we need a Customer Success Manager to own our client relationships so clients see results, feel looked after, and stay with us long term.
This is a senior, fully remote role on US business hours. You'll be the face of ScaleClinics to clinic owners across the United States, running those relationships with real ownership, not a script.
What you'll do
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of US clinic and med-spa clients
- Lead smooth onboarding and set clear expectations from day one
- Send weekly performance updates and lead reports that clients actually understand
- Handle questions and concerns calmly, and resolve them without anything slipping
- Bridge client requests to our fulfillment team and make sure they get done
- Spot opportunities for upsells, referrals, and testimonials
- Keep clients informed, reassured, and renewing month after month
What we're looking for
- You have personally owned client relationships for a US or international company before, ideally at an agency or SaaS business
- Your written and spoken English is clear, warm, and professional
- You stay calm and solution-focused when a client is frustrated
- You're comfortable talking about marketing results, leads, and simple reporting
- You're organized and proactive, and you don't need chasing
- You can work US business hours
Bonus points if you've worked in GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, or have a background in marketing or healthcare.
