Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
We are seeking a Clinical Quality Coordinator who will provide quality improvement initiative coordination and leadership of activities leading to exemplary outcomes in quality, safety, and service delivery for our new FQHC – Health Center in White Plains Road, Bronx.
About the Role:
The Clinical Quality Coordinator will provide quality improvement initiative coordination and leadership of activities leading to exemplary outcomes in quality, safety, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality improvement programs and initiatives
Meeting regularly with health center teams to review clinical data and develop improvement strategies for better outcomes
Identifying best practices for implementation
Providing employee training to all staff involved in the processes identified for improvement
Preparing reports and reviewing data trends from reports to determine system performance related to patient outcomes and then suggest areas for improvement
Performing Clinical Chart audits to monitor patient outcomes and accountability for recommended workflow changes
Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Perform data analysis to provide recommendations for improvement of clinical services
Ensuring compliance with regulatory with all local, state, and federal standards regarding quality assurance
Performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
3-5 years related experience
Experience in quality and utilization management
Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
Required:
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Able to think critically, motivate staff to meet department quality goals, and work with minimal supervision
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Data analysis skills
Ability to collaborate and work well as part of a team
Salary: Compensation based on skills; experience $60,000 – $70,000 annually
The final determination of salary, within this range, will depend on the candidate’s education, skills and experience required for the position
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
