Job Description
Experience:
Over 8 years of strong experience in Quality Assurance (QA) Testing.
Team Management:
Proven ability in handling QA teams with a minimum of 5+ team members.
Responsibilities & Skills:
Skilled in reviewing customer requirements and preparing comprehensive Test Plans.
Proficient in Manual Testing:
Developing and executing test cases for new features.
Ensuring defect-free releases of applications.
Strong experience in Automation Testing using:
Java/Selenium
BDD Cucumber Automation Framework
Additional Skills (Good to Have):
Proficiency in SQL.
Hands-on experience in API Automation using Rest Assured.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins.
Good exposure to Mobile Automation on both Android and iOS platforms.
Knowledge or exposure to UiPath is an added advantage.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong in status reporting and progress tracking.
Ability to coordinate effectively between onshore/offshore teams and collaborate with other support groups for smooth test implementations.
Excellent in customer interaction, able to work independently and manage daily tasks without supervision.
Highly flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Domain Expertise:
Must have domain knowledge or prior experience in the Retail Industry, particularly in areas such as:
Online Shopping
Sales
Stores Operations
