Position: Clinical Quality Manager at AbCellera
Be a force for change as a Clinical Quality Manager s role focuses on enhancing clinical trial delivery and maintaining compliance while supporting innovative drug development.
In this pivotal position, you will leverage your expertise and 8+ years of experience in clinical quality to drive process improvements and quality control in clinical trials. Working closely with internal and external project teams, you’ll ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and other regulations. Your contributions will help establish a compliance culture that significantly impacts patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and review SOPs for clinical trials Phase 1–3
• Assess impacts of new ICH and local guidelines
• Perform qualifications of service providers
• Ensure GCP inspection readiness and manage Health Authority inspections
• Oversee CAPA processes and drive quality control initiatives
Requirements:
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• 3+ years in a Clinical Quality role
• Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Science or related field
• Expertise in ICH-GCP guidelines
• Strong communication skills; bilingualism preferred
