An exciting opportunity for a Clinical Training Specialist is open with Luna! In this role, you will help to facilitate the training of clinical associates and specialists on new and ongoing processes and procedures within Luna. You will be directly involved in our physical therapist community engagement initiatives and training/development! Additionally, you will function as a resource for projects and roles as needed within the department to contribute to the ongoing success of Luna!
What you will do:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
New Hire Training/Quality Assurance:
Develop a standardized Clinical onboarding training process.
Facilitate hands-on focused training for all new hires.
Develop and define performance expectations, milestones, and checkpoints for all new hires.
Perform QA through competency checks for 30-90 days.
Measure and report the status of new hire performance against expectations to new hires and managers.
Ongoing Training/Coaching:
Facilitate team training on new tech releases, workflows, and processes including content development.
Collect and report feedback and friction points on new features and processes to leadership, and provide updates back to the team to facilitate an effective feedback loop.
Act as a subject matter expert on workflows and processes related to the Clinical department.
Maintain and cultivate positive relationships with therapists and the Clinical Department.
Develop quarterly team culture activity and engagements plans
Webinar and Therapist Support:
Project coordination for therapist community initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and valuable content delivery.
Support therapists through engagement initiatives including training, development and survey reviews.Â
Special Ops:
Function as a stand-in for transferrable responsibilities within the department when there is a need and perform other duties and assignments as assigned.
You will be a good fit if you have:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Luna processes, policies, and procedures.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
Experience in teaching, training, and coaching.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Track record of exceptional customer service.
Proficient with Google Suite.
Goal-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new work environments and personnel.
