This full-time role supports the Quality Department to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards. You will develop, run, and modify CMM programs using Calypso software, while ensuring accuracy and quality in measurement. Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to address quality issues and improve product standards through detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify CMM programs for measurement tasks
• Analyze 3D models and create from drawings as needed
• Document inspection results with reports and logs
• Conduct visual and measurement tests for specifications
• Generate First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or similar
• Minimum three years of experience with CMM/Calypso
• Strong communication skills and attention to details
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
