Job Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled CNC QC Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all CNC-machined components meet strict quality standards and specifications. Your keen eye for precision, combined with your knowledge of quality assurance systems and measurement tools, will help maintain the integrity of our production processes. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of CNC-machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM optional), vision inspection systems, and other measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with technical drawings and blueprints.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical specifications to accurately assess product conformity.
- Perform quality audits throughout the production process to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485,AS9001, ITAR regulations, and other regulatory standards.
- Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to evaluate complex measurements and ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
- Document inspection results meticulously, collect data for trend analysis, and prepare detailed reports for quality management review.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in calibration of measuring instruments and maintain calibration records to ensure measurement accuracy.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of quality standards in production including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9001, ITAR regulations.
- Proficiency in operating measurement instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM optional), vision inspection systems, and other precision tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality assurance procedures within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory/legal compliance standards relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Ability to analyze data effectively using basic math skills and analysis techniques for quality control purposes.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including dimensional measurements, GD&T, and precision machining techniques.
- English required; Vietnamese is a plus.
