Position Description and Purpose
:

Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness. The role of the Quality COA Coordinator is to ensure these goals are met through maintaining quality documentation with attention to detail and strong internal partnerships with all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming and create outgoing Certificates of Analysis for all plants and Business Units as assigned.
Ensure alignment of documentation with quality policy and SQF elements.
Develop a strong connection with departments involved in initial product setup.
Develop a strong knowledge of plant floor activities.
Support the maintenance of SQF certification.
Support the maintenance of Kosher, RSPO, and Organic certification.
Must be detail-oriented.
Good verbal and written skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required and
Preferred Qualifications:
Required:
2+ years of industry experience in documentation.
Working knowledge of quality systems to ensure food safety and quality.
Strong interpersonal skills to include team building and oral communication.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and computing skills.
Preferred:
Experience in working in quality systems documentation within the food manufacturing industry.
