Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes within our clinical laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory procedures, particularly in histology and clinical research development. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our laboratory operations.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with CGMP standards.
Oversee laboratory management practices to guarantee the integrity of data collection and analysis.
Conduct regular audits of laboratory procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with research and development teams to establish quality benchmarks for new products.
Train and mentor laboratory staff on quality assurance practices and FDA regulations.
Analyze quality data to generate reports that inform management decisions and strategic planning.
Facilitate communication between departments to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Experience
Proven experience in a quality assurance role within a clinical laboratory or similar environment.
Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, particularly in histology and data collection methodologies.
Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP standards is essential.
Experience in laboratory management, including oversight of staff and operational processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey quality standards across various teams.
